Frequently asked questions

Can I complete the Program in my own time?

Yes. The beauty of undertaking an online program is that it works with you. When you sign up you will receive all the course work for you do in your own time.

Can I access the trainers during the Program?

Our trainers are there to guide you through and answer any questions you have. This program can be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

How long do the Programs run?

All our programs have different completion lengths depending on the type of program. When a program becomes available all the timings will be displayed within the specific course description.

Can I sign up to the Programs anytime?

Our programs have a limited sign up time and participant intakes. If you see a program for you it is best to sign up there and then before you miss out. You can then complete the program in your own time.

The sacroiliac joint( SIJ) is located in the lower The sacroiliac joint( SIJ) is located in the lower part of the back and joins the tail bone (sacrum) to one of the pelvic bones (ilium). There are two sacroiliac joints; one on either side of the spine. Due to the SIJ’s anatomical structure, its primary function is stability.
... the SIJ acts to transfer weight from the spine to the pelvis and allows a small amount of movement to occur in this area. Very often, either due to injury, lack of movement or overuse; the SIJ can get stuck OR has too much movement which causes dysfunction or pain in the area.
