Frequently asked questions
This is your time. You can be as social or solitary as you wish. Accommodation is twin share unless you book a private room with ensuite. Partners, family or friends not involved in the retreat are welcome. Minimum age is 16 years except under exceptional circumstances.
All yoga, Pilates and meditation practices will be suitable for all levels-beginner to experienced. Lisa will chat with you privately before the retreat to explore what you are wanting from the retreat, to cater to any injuries and to understand what you hoping to experience from your age well retreat experience. You are always welcome to skip a session to sleep in or go for a walk.
This retreat is for anyone who wants to de-stress, connect to themselves or others, nurture themselves, learn how to create healthy daily rituals that will enhance your wellbeing and your life…If you are coming with a friend who would prefer to opt out of yoga, this resort provides plenty of alternatives for other activities.
