Class Types

Our online Yogalates classes are a fusion of Pilates and Yoga with a specific techinque focus in each class style. So you can find a class to suit your ongoing needs or your daily mood! All class styles are available across all levels; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. No matter the time you will find a class to fit in with classes from as little as 20mins to 60mins.

A great place to start to experience the fusion of yoga and pilates. These classes focus on technique and transitions to enhance overall body strength, flexibilty, balance and posture.

Yogalates Flow

Let's Move

These classes are dynamic. They synchronise movement and breath in a continuous flow of poses, usually progressing to weight bearing and strength sequences.They are energetic, creative and lots of fun. Flow classes enhance flexibilty, strength, stamina and agility.

Yogalates Yin

Let's Open Up

Slow-paced, calming style of yogalates. Yin yogalates targets the connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia) to improve the feeling of space and freedom in your body. In order to do this we hold poses for up to 5 minutes using the support of props.

Yogalates Breath and Mindfulness

Let's Connect

Dynamic body-mind practise using conscious connected breathing techniques for inner peace, enhanced health, wellbeing and personal growth. It is a way to move stuck energy, allows us to let go of the mind, and opens the heart.

Stretch and Release

Let's Let Go

A therapeutic class to release tension, tightness, to enhance flexibility and function. These classes uses various tools such as bands, foam roller and balls. A great add on class to your daily routine.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do Yogalates daily?
Absolutely! Yogalates can become a part of your daily routine. The key is to vary the workouts and if a particular muscle group is challenged one day to moderate the workout the next day. Over time we can build on the complexity of the asana(poses) to further challenge our body and mind.
How much time do I need to do a class?

We have classes across all levels that run for 20 mins, 30 mins, 45 mins and 60 mins.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! There is a 7 day free trial! After the free trial, you will automatically move to your selected paid subscription. You can cancel at anytime.

Are there classes for beginners?

Yes! We have a range of classes for all levels, you simply search by level to access all the suitable classes tailor made for you. Our beginner classes focus on the principles of movement including balance, strength, and core activation.

The sacroiliac joint( SIJ) is located in the lower The sacroiliac joint( SIJ) is located in the lower part of the back and joins the tail bone (sacrum) to one of the pelvic bones (ilium). There are two sacroiliac joints; one on either side of the spine. Due to the SIJ’s anatomical structure, its primary function is stability.
... the SIJ acts to transfer weight from the spine to the pelvis and allows a small amount of movement to occur in this area. Very often, either due to injury, lack of movement or overuse; the SIJ can get stuck OR has too much movement which causes dysfunction or pain in the area.
